The Suncorp Group (Suncorp) is one of Australia's largest banks and the country's largest general insurance group.
With 15,000 employees across five businesses (personal and commercial insurance, Vero NZ, Suncorp Bank and Suncorp Life ), covering a wide range of wealth, insurance and banking products, the company had sophisticated learning and compliance requirements. They were running six learning management solutions (LMS), making education and training programs complicated for users and difficult for managers to keep track of an employee's status.
Seertech was chosen out of five suppliers assessed by the Suncorp Group. The final decision was based on:

the deep integration with other core systems.
the robust deployment model that had been applied to many big-name clients.
the ability to provide a support to variety of delivery options, online, classroom and virtual classroom training.
learning could be integrated with Suncorp existing legacy solutions and collaborative tools for easy management and sharing.
Seertech's iLearning PLUS Learning Management System was deployed in three phases. The pilot trialled online learning and facilitator lead learning with fire warden compliance training. The first full release launched 'Our Learning Space', which provided online learning for group and business compliance. The second release provided business and job specific learning.
Suncorp was provided with a single, group-wide LMS solution, with enhanced reporting for leaders and group functions and standardised and consistent business processes for the group's learning community.
